Michael Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison after he pled guilty to tax evasion, making false statements on a bank loan application, lying to Congress about a building project that never even got off the ground and a questionable campaign finance violation.

Notice something missing? No Trump-Russia collusion. None. Again. It's also important to note: Michael Cohen does not have a cooperation agreement with federal prosecutors.

Meanwhile, another top target of this Mueller witch hunt, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, is asking a federal judge for leniency and no jail time. He pleaded guilty to lying to investigators, but only after legal bills wrecked his family finances and forced this man, a 33-year veteran who spent five years in combat to have to sell his home. There was also probably a threat of punitive action against his son and his business partner. Flynn fell on his sword, like probably 99 percent of fathers would do.

However, we are learning some disgusting new details surrounding how Flynn was treated by top federal officials. According to Flynn sentencing requests, then-deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe pressured then-National Security Adviser Flynn not to have a lawyer present during a seemingly relaxed, casual meeting with the FBI – the one that they said he lied at. (Except nobody believed he lied.)

This might be part of the worst part of Michael Flynn’s political persecution: The agents interviewing him never thought he lied. That is a such a miscarriage of justice and an abuse of power corruption scandal, one of the biggest in American history.

Flynn agreed to sit down without attorneys present, and was then subsequently charged with lying during that very meeting.

Now, keep in mind, Andrew McCabe was ultimately fired from the FBI for lying to the bureau, and he is currently facing no charges.  According to FoxNews.com, Flynn's filing also seemingly demonstrates that the FBI took a significantly more aggressive tack in handling the Flynn interview than it did during other similar matters. For example, according to FoxNews.com, "no one interviewed during the FBI's Clinton email investigation was hit with false statement charges, though investigators believed those witnesses were untruthful, big difference."

And so, as we now know, that is called a two-tiered justice system.

And this might be part of the worst part of Flynn's political persecution: The agents interviewing him never thought he lied. That is a such a miscarriage of justice and an abuse of power corruption scandal, one of the biggest in American history.

Of course, you're not likely to hear about any of this on any other media, especially over a "Conspiracy TV," MSNBC. Especially not on the liberal "Morning Joe" show, where the hosts literally spend hours every single day trying to outdo themselves, trading insults about Donald Trump and the Trump family and anybody associated with Trump.

Sean Hannity: Democrats’ real post-midterm agenda unfolds

So, it begins.

A few months ago, during the midterms, I repeatedly warned you about the Democrats' real, but hidden, agenda – the agenda they were hiding before the election. They want to impeach the president. They want open borders. They want to get rid of ICE. They want their crumbs back desperately, more regulations and endless, nonstop investigation into all things Donald Trump and his administration.

Every night, as we go over the news, I want you to look at things from a different perspective. As we talk to these new newsmakers on the Democratic side, ask yourself very important questions because you're going to come to a conclusion pretty quickly, I think. Ask yourself this: Are those in power – is what they are doing  – good for this country? Do their comments, do their remarks, do their actions — do they strengthen the country?

Will what they are doing improve the lives of the American people?  Help the American people?  Advance our country, and our country's interests?

Now, forget about a red state, blue state, Democrat, Republican, conservative, liberal, left, right – it doesn't matter. Is what you're seeing good for the United States of America and the American people? Because as we speak, there are some in this country that are so filled with anti-Trump rage – every second, every minute, every hour, of every day – that they are willing to say and to do anything to destroy the president, his family, and delegitimize the 2016 election, even if America and we the people suffer as a result.

Many months ago, I identified what I call the five forces that are actively working against the president. Obviously, it's Democrats; they hate him. Then you have the establishment media; they hate him. Then you have Never-Trumpers. They want to be justified in not being a part of electing somebody who has governed conservatively. You have establishment Republicans that are weak. And finally, there's the Deep State. For almost two years, they have been totally obsessed, as we all know by now, by Russia, Russia, Russia, with a few intermittent distractions like Stormy, Stormy, and whatever else.

But on Friday, these five forces suffered a serious setback when the special counsel's memos on Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen indicated that there is no evidence -  none, zero – no evidence of any Trump-Russia collusion. Zero. It's about taxicab medallions, loan applications, taxes in general – nothing about Russia or Trump.

The media wants to believe Michael Cohen now. They don’t like Michael Cohen. They have never liked Michael Cohen. And they are not his friend today.

The Destroy Trump forces were kind of distraught, so they sent themselves into the predictable convulsions. Then they settled on Plan B, their backup plan -  imaginary campaign finance violations against President Trump. That's what the Russia collusion was about. And in their sad and hate-filled world, Michael Cohen's guilty plea to making illegal campaign contributions will surely result in the end of President Trump once and for all. Or so they say.

"This is a man who came in and said, I'm bigger than the House, I'm bigger than the intelligence community, I'm bigger than checks and balances, I'm bigger than the judicial community, I'm bigger than the free press," CNBC host Donny Deutsch said. "And he is only going to pay for that for the rest of his life.

"When immigrants procure their citizenship by fraud, we strip them of their citizenship," attorney Barbara McQuade said on another cable news network. "When a president procures his presidency by fraud, should we consider doing the same?"

"It certainly looks like they are the kind of offenses that would call for impeachment hearings," famed Watergate journalist Carl Bernstein said.

These are the same people that have been saying the same lies for two years, and it is unfounded. According to Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, if Michael Cohen's nondisclosure payment to Stormy Daniels or anybody else served a secondary purpose or dual-purpose, then it is not considered a campaign contribution, and thus not illegal. In other words, if the payment benefited the Trump Organization, the Trump brand name, even President Trump on a personal or family level, that's not against the law. It's as simple as that.

And the president summed it up pretty perfectly on Twitter, writing, "Democrats can’t find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey’s testimony. No Smocking Gun…No Collusion. That’s because there was NO COLLUSION. So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution, which it was not (but even if it was, it is only a CIVIL CASE, like Obama’s – but it was done correctly by a lawyer and there would not even be a fine. Lawyer’s liability if he made a mistake, not me). Cohen just trying to get his sentence reduced. WITCH HUNT!"

Remember that Cohen changed his story on this particular issue. It's fascinating because the liberal media and the Democrats only want to pick the version that fits their desired political goal. They didn't believe him the first time. He even initially stated that the Daniels payment, for example, came out of his own pocket without the president's knowledge. Sadly, most of his alleged crimes do include lying and fraud.

But the media wants to believe Cohen now. They don't like Michael Cohen. They have never liked Michael Cohen. And they are not his friend today.

Meanwhile, the president has acted in accordance with the law. He committed no criminal campaign finance violation and he sure as hell never colluded with Russia, which is what this was supposed to be about.

But then we have disgraced FBI Director James Comey. He's never let the presumption of innocence get in the way of his complete and total obsessive hatred for President Trump. On Sunday night, he called on Americans to oust President Trump with, "every breath we have." But he is supposedly not biased at all.

"We have to make sure that the lying stops on January 20th, 2021," Comey told an audience at gathering at YMCA in New York City.

I guess he does not have a political agenda.  This is the same guy that leaked information to get Robert Mueller appointed. That's the same James Comey that might have espionage issues himself by releasing those documents and who may be in trouble with the law.

I have some advice for Jim Comey: Don't throw stones from a glass house. It's December, but the year of the boomerang is not quite over.

Sean Hannity: The mainstream media’s obsession of the week — Flynn and Mueller’s partisan witch-hunt

Many in the press are yet again predicting an end to the Trump presidency.  It's been going on for two years.  It hasn't happened yet.

Despite the hysteria, predictable hysteria, you just saw the latest Mueller memo does not contain any Watergate-like revelations, not even close.

Here are the facts: the Mueller memo makes references to Lt. Gen. Flynn violating — this is how deep they had to dig here — violating the Logan Act.  The Logan Act is an archaic law that was passed, get this, in 1799 and it was only responsible for two indictments in the 1800s.

Now, he was also allegedly been investigated for violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act or FARA, as it's called, which was used only seven times since it became law in 1966.

This is how — it's all in that memo that we had last night —   This is how desperate and how pathetic Robert Mueller is.

Now, remember, Flynn was first a victim of a crime himself because they knew nothing about Flynn except that they illegally surveilled him, illegally unmasked him.  They put aside the — what we now call you are supposed to do mitigating.  They're supposed to literally, once an American is on the phone line, you are not supposed to identify them.  And then raw intelligence on Flynn was leaked.

And that illegally leaked information was then used against him by team Mueller. Flynn, well, he pled guilty to a process crime.  That's true.

You can't get him on any underlying crimes about collusion with Russia and lying to Mueller's investigators. Neither Comey nor McCabe thought he lied and Peter Strzok who interviewed him, he never thought Flynn was lying.

He pleaded guilty only after he had legal bills that were wrecking his finances, forcing him to sell his family home, nearly going bankrupt.  And in all likelihood, he was told investigators would go after his son who he did business with.  So, he fell on the sword in that case.

Is that what justice in America is supposed to look like to you?  What about Mr. Mueller?  Are you happy about this?  Is this what we get after your 567-day investigation?  This guy served his country for 33 years, including five years in combat?

According to the memo, Flynn agreed to cooperate with the Mueller investigation but the details of that cooperation are redacted. However, the memo does detail zero evidence of collusion, none, zero once again.

And while an American military hero's life has been wrecked for a process crime, we'll take a look at those on the left. Well, seemingly will never be prosecuted for their lying.

Long-time Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin — remember, they lied to the FBI about Hillary Clinton's private e-mail system.

DOJ official Bruce Ohr or Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson likely lied. How do we know?

Because they gave completely contradictory testimony.

Then we have dirty dossier author Christopher Steele, he was fired from the FBI for lying.  That didn't stop him from trying to work with Bruce Ohr and feed Special Counsel Mueller more of his phony lies in the course of this investigation.

James Clapper lied under oath about the national surveillance program.  So, too, did John Brennan as he also likely lied about — under oath about leaking.

And we know James Comey lied to Congress about when he wrote the report exonerating Clinton and Comey's second in command Andrew McCabe was fired because of a long pattern of lying.  Don't forget Lois Lerner lied to investigators about the IRS scandal.  Obama's Attorney General Loretta Lynch lied about talking to anyone on the Clinton campaign about the FBI's Clinton probe.

And another Obama Attorney General Eric Holder lied under oath on multiple occasions.

But rest assured, Robert Mueller can now sleep well at night after taking down a decorated military hero who dedicated his entire adult life to public service, 33 years serving his country, five of those years in the field of battle.

Great job, Mr. Mueller.  I'm sure America is feeling a lot safer tonight now that Gen. Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI when the FBI never thought he lied.

Now, later this week, by Friday, Mueller is expected to file new memos on Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort who have also been accused of violating their plea deal.

Now, still, the only thing in common with Flynn, Manafort, and Cohen is that their cases similarly have absolutely nothing to do with Trump-Russia collusion.

We are dealing with taxi medallions and loan applications and taxes from back in 2007.

Sean Hannity: Michael Flynn’s treatment is a disgrace and a glaring example of a two-tiered justice system

After multiple delays — it has been a full year that has ruined in General Michael Flynn's life – Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report on the former national security adviser, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (who has three stars by the way) is finally out.  And Flynn has been jerked around by this witch-hunt for almost an entire year.

We know now he was coerced into pleading guilty only to a process crime: lying to investigators.

Now, this despite the fact that fired FBI investigator James Comey, fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and even Peter Strzok, who interviewed him, all said that there was zero indications that, in fact, Flynn ever lied, actually lied when they were in charge of the investigation.

We begin with a report from Washington with our own Catherine Herridge.

Catherine, I actually have a report that you did, if I can put my glasses on I will find out the date on this thing.  May 4th.  In it, House Intel report, Comey testified FBI agent saw no physical indications of deception?

HERRIDGE:  That's right.  That came, Sean, from testimony given to the House Intelligence Committee by the former FBI Director James Comey, as well as his Deputy Andrew McCabe.  And that testimony was given several months apart.  They both reported the same thing — that agents saw no signs of deception.  In other words, they didn't think Flynn was lying to them when he tried to relate his conversations and contacts with the Russian ambassador.

So, the question has always been, how do they get from, as McCabe said, a very poor foundation for false statements case to a guilty plea for lying to federal investigators?

I'm still going through the records now.  Just to break it down and keep it simple, this sentencing memo from the special counsel, Robert Mueller, says that Flynn lied about two separate issues.  One was his contacts with the Russian ambassador during the transition and also his communications and business dealings with the Republic of Turkey.

Based on high level cooperation with the special counsel, they are recommending the minimum on the sentencing spectrum, which would be no jail time, possibly probation.  But, what everyone is going to be talking about is what's called an addendum.  This is the document that the special counsel has put forward that lays out how former national security adviser Mike Flynn has been cooperating with the special counsel.

And according to the addendum, which is heavily redacted, he has provided almost two dozen interviews with the special counsel and just taking the redactions out, what we can see is that those interviews have focused on contacts between the Trump presidential campaign and Russian officials so that's phase one.

And then, also in the second phase, the Trump transition team as well as Russian officials.  So, we know Flynn has cooperated, provided information about both ends of the spectrum there, the campaign and then also the transition period.

What I draw your attention to is these heavily redacted sections which the special counsel is withholding, they say, because of sensitive ongoing investigations.  But what they do say in one section is that Flynn has been so important to their investigations because, “the defendant began providing information to the government not long after the government first sought his cooperation.  His early cooperation was particularly valuable because he was one of the few people with long-term and first-hand insight regarding events and issues under investigation by the special counsel.”

So the bottom line is the special counsel is recommending the minimum, so no jail time for the former national security advisor.  You are quite right.  What's detailed here are “process crimes,” what they call lying to federal investigators, which is a violation of a thousand and one, and typically means a maximum sentence of five years.

But in this case, they are recommending the minimum sentence for lying about contacts with the Russian ambassador during the transition period and lying about his work with the Republic of Turkey.

What we can't know at this point is what is in those redacted sections and how it may relate to other individuals and any future criminal prosecution in the coming days or weeks.”

When we talk about process crimes, wouldn't it be normal when you look at the date 2016 incoming national security advisor talking to his Russian counterpart.  This is way over the line.

Look, I'm going to go through this slowly.  If you believe in this constitutional republic, equal justice under the law, application of our laws, you ought to be very concerned and outraged.  General Flynn's entire life has been put in limbo for an entire year for this?  I have read the entire report.  They even used the Logan Act, and which is actually rarely ever used or invoked.

But Hillary and the Espionage Act, Flynn lost his house because he couldn't afford the attorneys.  He had to sell his house.  His life's work, 33 years of serving his country, washed down the drain for this?  Reputation destroyed for this?

Nobody in the FBI thought this man lied.  Comey didn't think so.  McCabe didn't think.  Strzok of all people, he didn't think so, and he interviewed Lt. Gen. Flynn.  Thirty-three years of service, five years in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.  And this is the treatment?  This is the thanks this country gives him?

This is what — this is how we treat people?  What kind of justice system is this?  His house nearly faced bankruptcy, literally and his world crashes before him and his entire family, and I would bet any amount of money that the only reason he signed this deal was — well, it's the same old system.

Well, we might have to go after your son worked with you and, you know, then we are going to invoke the Logan Act, which nobody invokes, to go after him.  So he could have made, instead of serving his country in the private sector a lot more money.  But, now, he has to sell his house, literally fall on the sword for his family.

And don't forget, we know that they got through a lot of this information, through what?  We knew he was the victim of illegal surveillance, illegal unmasking, illegal leaking of raw intelligence.  What about the people involved in those crimes?  His rights were violated at every level.

Now, this is a disgrace and this is what we have been telling you.  It's the glaring example of a two-tiered justice system in America.  In Mueller's sentencing memo, it says, “Senior government leaders should be held to the highest standards. “

Can we start with Hillary Clinton and James Comey?  Because we have a long list of Democrats and Trump-haters who have lied under oath before Congress and have faced no consequences.

For example, long-time Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin lied when they told the FBI investigators they had no knowledge of Hillary's private email except that they used it. Either DOJ official Bruce Ohr, Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson.  They — of course, one of them was lying due to their contradictory testimony.  Nobody was held hostage like this for a year.  Dirty dossier author Christopher Steele, his entire dossier has been debunked, he lied to the FBI, was fired for lying to the FBI.  But he was still working with the Justice Department and Bruce Ohr to get to special counsel Mueller.

James Clapper lied under oath about the National Surveillance Program.  So, too, did John Brennan – He was also likely lying under oath about leaking.

And don't forget, James Comey himself lied under oath when he said the report about the Clinton investigation had not been written before she was interviewed.  Lie.  That was being written in May of 2016.  They interviewed her in July of 2016.

Comey second in command at the FBI.  Andrew McCabe was fired because of his pathetic pattern of lying.  So, you are going to end up with something like this in his life?

Where are the federal cases against any of these people?  And that's the short list.  Are charges going to be brought to all of those people?  When are the screws going to be turned so they composed?  Don't hold your breath.

And according to Fox News contributor and New York Post columnist Michael Goodwin, President Trump is now preparing (and he should be preparing) for all-out political war for good reason.

Robert Mueller and his team of partisan Democrats, even Clinton attorneys and a pit bull lawyer who  lost 9-0 in the Supreme Court and cost tens of thousands of people their job, Andrew Weissmann, and put four people in jail, overturned by the Fifth Circuit, they have set out to disrupt, discredit, and destroy the presidency of Donald J. Trump.

No matter how many lives are ruined in the process. You can't get him on the crime. Let's get him on a process crime. Let's set a perjury trap.

Sean Hannity: George Bush was a patriot and never forgot the men and women who protect us every day

On his 18th birthday, George Herbert Walker Bush put off his impending college education.  He enlisted in the United States Navy, becoming the youngest aviator in the Navy. — It was six months after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

In the following years, he flew dozens of combat missions all across the Pacific Ocean. After one such mission in 1944, his plane's engine was set ablaze by enemy fire, forcing him to bail out over the ocean.  After being rescued several hours later by a U.S.submarine, Bush reportedly wondered, “why had I been spared and what did God have in store for me?”

As it turns out, God had a lot in store for George Herbert Walker Bush. He became successful in the oil business in Odessa, Texas, a U.S. congressman, the 10th ambassador to the United Nations, the chairman of the Republican National Committee and also ambassador to China, the director of the CIA.

He served eight years as Ronald Reagan's loyal vice president, which was one of the most successful presidencies in history. And, of course, he was elected the 41st president of the United States.

George H.W. Bush had one of the most notable resumes in the history of the U.S., but his personal life was even more impressive. Along with his beloved wife Barbara of 70-plus years, he was a parent to six children including former president, a former governor. He was a grandfather to seventeen and a great-grandfather to eight.

Through it all, he never forgot the brave men who and women in this country that protect us every single day, make everything possible, including in 2004 when he sat down for an interview with yours truly. Here’s what he told me:

“You know it touches me,Sean, I admit living in somewhat of a cocoon as a former president. But I go out of my way to say hi to these policemen and firemen there. And I'll tell you, the ones that I talk to – ‘we're for your son,’ our great word for you, one of them lift up the back of his lapel like that it big George W. button.

HANNITY:  These are the same guys, they watch FOX News every night.

BUSH:  Well, I'm sure they do.  I'm sure. But, you know, this is — these people are not elitist, country club people. They're saving our lives with their service.

HANNITY:  Heroes.

BUSH:  And when they say, “we're for the president,” I'll tell you, I get very emotional at that.

Obviously, in both his personal, professional life, President Bush was always a good, decent, honorable person, serving his country.  During his four years in the Oval Office, eight years as vice president, he had to deal with some of the most challenging issues in modern American history.

He saw the collapse of the Soviet Union after a successful strategy with President Reagan called peace through strength. He ushered in the reunification of Germany. He conducted the first Gulf War in response to Saddam Hussein's hostile actions an attempted takeover of Kuwait.

And along with his predecessor, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush transformed the country, at that time creating 21 million new jobs. It was at the time the longest period of peacetime economic growth in American history. They took the country — get this – from double-digit unemployment, double-digit interest rates, inflation to amazing lows.

The very same thing, by the way, that President Trump is now doing after the disaster of the Obama economy. They inherited the economy of Jimmy Carter.

But, of course, the Bush presidency did not go without some controversy.  They all have controversy.

Some criticized him for not taking out Saddam Hussein after he decimated the Iraqi army in Kuwait in a very short period of time.

He was also attacked on the issue of his no new tax pledge. You might remember, it was the infamous "read my lips, no new tax" moment. And, like Ronald Reagan, Bush encountered a media that was actively rooting against him, and it's only gotten worse since then.

During his reelection bid, The New York Times reported that fake story about President Bush's so-called amazement at supermarket scanning technology.

They tried to paint him as out of touch. And, although widely refuted, The New York Times included this fake story in its obituary of the president.

Meanwhile, the so-called journalists at the A.P., they couldn't hide their contempt, for now, the former president even passing away, tweeting, “George H.W. Bush, a patrician New Englander, his presidency soared with the coalition victory over Iraq and Kuwait but then plummeted in the throes of a weak economy that led voters to turn him out of office after a single term, has died. He was 94.”

That tweet has since been deleted.  But, of course, this is all part of a pattern, isn't it?

The mainstream media viciously attacking any prominent Republicans, all while providing cover to all of their friends in the Democratic Party.

Reagan was portrayed as a heartless monster during the eight years he was president.

George Bush was literally bashed for his speaking style among other things.

John McCain was excoriated throughout the 2008 campaign as racist and worse.

Mitt Romney called a sexist and misogynist because he wanted to hire women.

Apparently, these attacks are just obviously completely disingenuous when you have that. Then people die and all of a sudden, the press likes them.  — Like we saw with Senator McCain. Most of the mainstream media, oh, they'll do a 180 seemingly forgetting about their nasty coverage. It’s a pattern to destroy people's names and character when they're alive and then create a veneer of bipartisanship and then will say nice things about somebody when the person dies.

It's so transparently phony. And an example of let's praise former President Bush, who the media was never nice to, maybe you can use that to bludgeon Trump.  And when the dust of partisanship settles, history will look back on 41 as an American hero.

And when his country called George H.W. Bush, he answered that call.  He answered the call in the Pacific at the ripe old age of 18, like so many in his generation including my own father.

He answered the call of our nation's bureaucracy as he entered that.  He answered the call as the 41st president of this country.  He did it as a father, as a husband and now answers once again to his beloved Barbara Bush in heaven after they both had an amazing 73-year marriage.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Bush family.

Sean Hannity: The Mueller fishing expedition is desperate for dirt, any dirt on Trump

The Mueller fishing expedition is now day 561 and now desperate for dirt, any dirt on Donald Trump. They are frenetic.

They're going to the well. It was 70 hours Michael Cohen apparently spent with the special prosecutor. The president’s former attorney pled guilty to a charge of lying to Congress over something called “the Moscow project.”

Now, Cohen is now claiming that the Trump organization continued to negotiate the finance by Russia, name lease of Trump deal of a potential building in Russia during the 2016 election.  He first said discussions ended in January of 2016. Now, he's saying they ended in June of 2016.

The destroy Trump media, of course, used these anonymous sources, they are saying that Cohen, get this, allegedly told investigators he was negotiating a deal in Moscow to maybe give Vladimir Putin a $15 million penthouse in the proposed building project that Donald Trump wasn't paying for, so that rich Russian oligarchs would want to live there.

And on Wednesday night our own John Roberts reported that a source close to the president says he called that idea “nuts.”  It would be a stupid idea.  And the president also said he had never heard of any such deal.

And, by the way, this deal, guess what, it never, ever, ever happened.  The project never got off the ground.  No Trump organization investments were ever made and today, the Trump organization has no buildings in Russia.– You wouldn't know it if you're watching the mainstream media.

By the way, even if it had happened, and this is the most fascinating part, there's no crime here. None whatsoever.

Donald Trump was a real estate mogul in New York, that's what he did his whole adult life and how he made a living.  And he invested in projects in many countries.

By the way, doesn't every politician that gets paid with our money, don't they get paid when they are out campaigning for the next election by us?

In 2017, this potential project was widely reported everywhere by just about every outlet.  Fake news CNN, ABC News, The Hill, almost every other news network.  In other words, we knew this.  This is not a story. It was not in any way a news story.

It's been reported on extensively.  However, that doesn't matter to the left.  And it certainly didn't matter to Robert Mueller. He is more interested in making the mainstream media bubble and fizz like Alka-Seltzer in water and he is just desperate. All he wants to do every day is mention

Russia in some way, indicting all these, you know, former KGB guys, all their intelligence people that he's never bringing to the United States ever, under any circumstances, just so he can mention Russia, fomenting breathless reporting, to give credit to its never-ending witch hunt.

And, by the way, Robert Mueller is playing your media with their bias and hatred of Trump just like a fiddle. Here’s some of what’s being said on other cable channels:

“It's Shakespearean because somebody who said he would take a bullet for Donald Trump is now pointing the gun at him”… “Michael Cohen could be the most — single most terrifying person for Donald Trump, the single most destructive person for Donald Trump going forward.”  … “Today is the really good day for Donald Trump to resign, I really believe that.” … “The president's reaction to the news about Michael Cohen today was exactly what we as prosecutors always heard from mob bosses and drug kingpins, that is the cooperator is lying. He is just saying these things about me that aren't true to get a lighter sentence.  And so, this is kind of playing out exactly like a significant, complicated, organized crime prosecution would play out. … Everything is aiming at the president personally and that's got to be very unsettling for them.”

So, the truth is putting aside all the conspiratorial reporting from people that say they're fair, balanced, objective  — and they're not your mainstream media.  Even if Michael Cohen's time-line revelation was accurate.  Let's say it is, you know,

Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz summed it up perfectly.  Here's what he said:

“Almost all the indictments secured by Mueller have either been indictments of people lying that is for committing crimes that didn't occur before he was appointed but occurred as a result of his being appointed or finding financial misconduct by people that are unrelated to the president or unrelated to the Russia probe.  This new development with Cohen suggests that they're going to go after political issues, not just criminal issues.”

Alan Dershowitz is dead on accurate.  And, by the way, he is just telling the truth.

And whatever happened, maybe I'm old-fashioned but I kind of believed in attorney-client privilege. If Cohen was, in fact, working for the Trump organization as a lawyer, how can Mueller and Cohen break what is a pretty ethical mandate, especially when there's no crime?

Now, of course, despite all of this, there's no evidence of Trump Russian collusion.  Nothing, zero.

And on Wednesday night President Trump, he weighed in on the Cohen guilty verdict with some pretty harsh words:

“He is lying about a project that everybody knew about.  I mean, we were very open with it. We are thinking about building a building. I decided ultimately not to do it.  There would've been nothing wrong if I did to it.  If I did do it, there would've been nothing wrong. … He is a weak person and not a very smart person.  He's got himself a big prison sentence and he is trying to get a much lesser prison sentence by making up a story.  … Now, here's the thing: even if he was right, [it] doesn't matter, because I was allowed to do whatever I wanted during the campaign.

And, by the way, I call this the Sammy "The Bull" Gravano syndrome if you will, how prosecutors offered deals. Tell us this, and you get a get out of jail free card, or lower sentence, less sentence.

Now, the president's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, he also weighed in.  He said, “Michael Cohen is lying.  It's no surprise that Cohen lied to Congress.  He is a proven liar who's doing everything he can to get out of a long-term prison sentence for serious crimes of bank and tax fraud that had nothing to do with the Trump Organization.”

Look, I know Michael Cohen. He has a wonderful family.  I can't imagine the pressure that he is under.  I'm not going to pile on. He's got a lot of hard things that he is facing, but this is important.

If this is Mueller's big witness, it is fair to ask, who are we to believe — the Michael Cohen then or the Michael Cohen now? That's a fair question.

This is just the latest example of what is Mueller's concerted effort to turn the screws on everyone who was ever associated with President Trump.

Let's look at the list:

Michael Flynn, no Russia collusion, he pled guilty to lying to investigators.  They ruined his life, he had to sell his house.  And they probably threatened his kid, too, is my guess.

George Papadopoulos, he is spending two weeks in jail.  Nothing about Russia. Lying to investigators.  He now will have a felony on his track record forever.

Paul Manafort had a book thrown over him.  Oh, let's see, financial crimes dating back to 2007? Bank loan applications, taxes, nothing Russian. Nothing. What's amazing is he got a cooperation deal that ended likely because, well, he wouldn't lie like Jerome Corsi wouldn't lie.

Meaning he's — think about this: Paul Manafort is willing to risk dying in prison than lie as the prosecutors would want.

Jerome Corsi was on the show Wednesday night and on my radio show for a full hour Thursday afternoon rejecting another lying investigators plea deal.

He might die in prison. He is 72-years-old. He could have gotten to get out of jail free card and now is under Mueller's microscope, potentially facing life in prison, dying in prison like Paul Manafort.

And as he said on my radio show Thursday, he is willing to do that because he can't lie before his God.  That's what he said.  His faith won't let him.

Roger Stone is also literally feeling the special counsel's wrath.

Now, none of the men I just mentioned to you have pled guilty to or admitted to anything related to Russia collusion. There's no evidence of any Russia collusion.  None of them are being tried for any crimes related to collusion. Five hundred and sixty-one days of what?

Now, here's the problem and this is where we get to the crux of the matter.  We have to analyze this deeply.

What's happening is instead of seeking truth and justice, instead of applying our laws, equally applying our laws to everybody, equal justice under the law, what you are watching is a special counsel that has spun out-of-control, left way beyond his mandate, laying just perjury traps and literally trying to coerce people into what we call “testi-lying.”

In other words, Mueller is telling people.  If you just say what we want…. I mean, Corsi gave me full detail on my radio show Thursday.  Look, there was this bargain. Just tell us. You won't even get probation.  You know, if not, you're going to die in jail.  That's the choice.

And to think he is saying, I'm not going to lie, I won't lie.  I believe in God, Jesus. I'm not going to do it.

It's a similar prosecutorial treatment that, remember, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano — you may not remember the case, I'll remind you.  Killed at least, get this, that guy right there killed at least 19 people.  He got off on no jail time. Then he just had to literally testify against John Gotti.

And then after that, he was rewarded.  Not only did he not go to jail, he was in the witness protection program when he got a nice new house in Arizona. Isn't that nice?  Nineteen people. No time in jail.

Meanwhile, if you are not a notorious gangster or a Trump ally, the wheels of justice are turning much differently.  Mueller's team collects lies to investigators, guilty pleas like they're going out of style.

They can't get to the underlying crime or these people to say things that they don't believe to be true.

Top Democrats, deep state bureaucrats, they lie to get away scot-free.  I've got the list.

Look at the longtime Clinton aide, Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, she blatantly lied when they told investigators that they had no knowledge of Hillary's private emails.  Really?  Because they actually emailed there.

Our friend and reporter here on the Fox News Channel, Catherine Herridge reported that either DOJ official Bruce Ohr or Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson likely lied due to their contradictory testimony.

Dirty dossier author Christopher Steele, not only did he lie, he lied and leaked and was fired by the FBI. And then guess what? He was working still with Bruce Ohr, the fourth most powerful guy at the Justice Department, and now we have notes that show that he was trying to feed Bruce Ohr, whose wife Nellie worked for Fusion GPS, information that he was trying to feed Robert Mueller.  And meanwhile, remember, Steele doesn't even stand by his own dossier when challenged in an interrogation in Great Britain.

James Clapper, let's go to the videotape.  He lied under oath about national surveillance programs.  So, too, John Brennan.

He also lied under oath about leaking.

James Comey lied under oath when he said the report about the Clinton investigation and not been written before she was interviewed lie.

Comey's second-in-command, Andrew McCabe, he was actually fired because of his pattern of lying.

Where are the federal cases against these liars?  Against these people lying to Congress? Instead, what, we are pushing for charges, fired FBI Director Comey actually defended the DOJ's pattern of lying on the view, literally saying, I lied. McCabe lied, but you can still be a good person if you lie.

Well, unless you're a Republican, then they're going to put you in jail.

Remember Comey’s interview with Meghan McCain on “The View”?

MEGHAN MCCAIN, THE VIEW:  Your second in command, McCabe, was fired for lying multiple times within the FBI.  You defended his character on

Twitter.  That's OK.  Lying is OK internally?

JAMES COMEY, FORMER FBI DIRECTOR:  No, it's definitely not.  In fact, the McCabe case illustrates what an organization that is committed to the truth looks like.  We investigated to hold — I ordered that investigation.  We investigated and hold people accountable.

Good people lie. I laid [that] out on the book, I think I'm a good person, where I have lied. I still believe Andrew McCabe is a good person. But the inspector general found that he lied and there are severe consequences in the Justice Department for lying as they should be throughout the government.

Good people, they lie.  The only problem is, they're not giving Mueller what he wants, oh, then you're going to be charged with perjury.  It's what I've been telling you.

You want real Russia collusion, we got it with all the evidence that Mueller doesn't have anything.

We've got the fixed email investigation, violation of the Espionage Act, the biggest obstruction of justice case I've ever seen, the dirty dossier bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

Why? To lie to voters and convince voters of Russian hookers urinating in Trump's bed in Moscow so that they won't vote for him.

I wonder how many Americans didn't vote for Trump because of that leaked lie, that paid for the lie.

The FISA fraud abuse, lying to FISA judges, literally a FISA fraud extravaganza.  And, of course, omissions that don't even tell the judges that Hillary paid for it.  And then we got insurance policies, leaking policies. Is Robert Mueller even going to ever look in that direction? I thought we were looking for the truth, for real Russia collusion.  We've got evidence on all of this and it's a slam-dunk case.

Why is he not?  Because there's one set of rules in this country now for one group of Americans, the swamp creatures, or if you are a liberal Democrat or your name is Clinton.  Another set of rules for everyone else.

Try this at home. You are subpoenaed, you delete the email that was subpoenaed, you acid wash your hard drive. You have your devices busted and you have SIM cards taken out.  Good luck to you.  It's not going to work.

In other words, we don't have equal application of the law, equal justice under the law. This is a two-tier justice system.

You as an American, every American reading this right now, it should scare the hell out of you.

If the president of the United States and those who surround him are subject to what is now clearly a double standard political persecution, nobody in this country is safe. Nobody.

This is the United States of America. We're not a banana republic. At least we're not supposed to be. This is not how our constitutional republic and system of justice is supposed to work.

We can do better, we better do better. We better demand better.

Sean Hannity: The migrant caravan and three simple questions about what you believe

As you are reading this, think about these three simple questions: Do we as a constitutional republic, do we have the right to sovereignty? Do you believe in borders? Do you believe we have aright to protect those borders, protect our sovereignty?

Now, for weeks, we've been warning about the looming crisis out of the southern border, now at least 5,000 migrants have already arrived in the Mexican border city of Tijuana with thousands more still on the way.  Now, they are all demanding entry into the U.S., most under an asylum designation.

But over the weekend, we saw several hundreds of these so-called asylum-seekers, look at what they're doing, they are rushing the U.S. border.

They are hurling rocks, bottles, other objects over the fencing.  Three border patrol officers were struck.  We have broken windows, damaged vehicles of border patrol in order to protect the border themselves, U.S. Border Patrol agents fired non-lethal tear gas to disperse the mob of migrants trying to break across by force.

Earlier on Monday, Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost described this tense and the scary situation in an interview with Fox News’ Steve Doocy:

“Our agents were being assaulted, [a] large group rushed the area and there were throwing rocks and bottles at my men and women, putting them in harm's way as well as other members of the caravan.  We needed to disperse the group and with that assaultive nature, it was imperative that we disperse them from the area.”

STEVE DOOCY, FOX NEWS ANCHOR:  So it wasn't because they seem to be running towards the United States, it was because they were hitting your border patrol with rocks and bottles?

PROVOST:  Yes, sir, they were.”

Meanwhile, over at fake news CNN, San Diego's chief border patrol agent, Rodney Scott, had this to say about those who rush the border:

UNIDENTIFIED MALE TV ANCHOR: [Can you explain] the decision to use the tear gas, because that is one question I think people have this morning…

RODNEY SCOTT, CHIEF PATROL AGENT, SAN DIEGO SECTOR BORDER PATROL:  So, one of our primary missions is to make sure that we keep the border safe and secure.  I kind of challenge that this was a peaceful protest or that the majority of these people were claiming asylum.  We ended up making about 42 arrests, only eight of those were females and there were only a few children involved.  The vast majority of people we are dealing with here are adult males.

Similar to what we saw the first wave of the caravan that came up about a week or so ago, the group immediately started throwing rocks and debris at our agents, taunting the agents.  Once our agents were assaulted and the numbers started growing, we had two or three agents at a time initially facing hundreds of people at a time. They deployed tear gas to protect themselves and to protect the border.

If they were truly asylum-seekers they would've just walked up with their hands up and surrendered, and that did not take place.

Earlier on Monday on FNC’s "The Story," Chief Scott also had this to say about the migrants:

“We took this caravan very serious from day one.  It's like no caravan we've ever seen before.  You've heard reports that caravans happen all the time.  That's true, but not caravans that have a propensity for this type of violence and not these massive numbers of people.

We watched as they came up through Mexico, the violence that they were subjecting the Mexican police and the military too.  We prepared accordingly.”

“More violent than previous caravans.”  This is a serious situation.  We don't want anybody to get hurt and we do know a lot about those now trying to cross our border.

By the way, even on conspiracy TV MSNBC, a reporter actually stumbled upon the truth and told it.

The majority of migrants at the border, they are not asylum-seekers, they are mostly men looking for a better life and I believe that probably about 99 percent of them, but we will tell you more in a second.

Here’s this exchange from MSNBC:

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER:  “She says she is hoping they give her a chance to work. That's what we've heard from this family, this family hasn't really talked about asylum per se, they are saying they don't even want to come to the United States and definitely, they are going to be asking for permission to work for three to four years.

From what we've seen, the majority are actually men and some of these men have not articulated that need for asylum.  Instead, they have talked about, you know, going to the United States for a better life and to find work.”

Border security should not be a partisan issue. While most individuals who try to integrate into the U.S., I understand that they come from countries with no opportunities and a lot of poverty. They are good, decent people. They want what we often take for granted. But that's not always the case.  Bad people constantly trying to gain access into our country.

I've been down to the border more than anyone else that I know in the media — about 13 times.

I've witnessed illicit drug smuggling operations, drug warehouses, human trafficking, violent gang members arrested.

I sat through a briefing with then-Governor Rick Perry of Texas who showed that about  642,000 crimes committed against Texans alone at the hands of illegal immigrants in just a 7-year period.

This week, a suspected illegal immigrant has been charged with killing a Texas teacher during a hit-and-run incident and according to the DHS, they have identified, along with Mexican officials, over 500 criminals who have infiltrated the migrant caravan.

There are bad people moving among those who want opportunity.  Those with criminal records always actively trying to get into the U.S. in order to protect the safety and security of everyone living here.

We've got to protect our borders.

If we had a secure wall right now, nobody would be in harm's way.  In lieu of a robust border wall, this country will always be vulnerable.

If you saw it this weekend, if you looked at the videos, if you looked at the pictures, as agents forced to defend themselves against hundreds of so-called asylum- seekers who were attempting to break into the United States by force. By the way, those who seek asylum don't generally assault U.S. border patrol officers.

And there are about 10,000 or up to 10,000 more people coming.

But not according to the left. Liberals, Democrats, the mainstream media all are now waging a full- scale smear campaign against those defending our rule of law and our country.

One Democratic senator actually tweeted, then deleted, a suggestion that the border patrol engaged in a chemical weapons attack.  Why? By firing tear gas?

Singer Rihanna called the Border Patrol's actions, “terrorism.”  And then there's that Democratic, well, I guess, rock star, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, tweeting, this: “asking to be considered a refugee and applying for status isn't a crime.  It wasn't for Jewish families fleeing Germany. It wasn't for targeted families fleeing Rwanda.  It wasn't for communities fleeing war-torn Syria.”

By the way, last time I checked throwing rocks and bottles at law enforcement generally doesn't count as an application for refugee status.

In any comparison, by the way, as Sen. Lindsey Graham pointed out in a tweet Monday, comparing the Holocaust to modern-day Central America does an extreme disservice to those who suffered and were murdered with unbelievable evil under Nazi Germany.

The demonization of the Border Patrol, Trump administration continued all over TV.  It's predictable but sad.

So what should border patrol do when they are being hit with rocks and bottles and other things? What you have been watching and reading about is just pure politics in motion.  People are literally lying to you.

In 2013, interestingly during the height of the Obama administration, guess what? Border Patrol agents did the exact same thing.  “They used pepper spray to fend off a group of 100 migrants who attempted to rush the same exact port of entry.”

So where was the mainstream left-wing media's outrage then? You know, where were the Democratic tweets then? Were the Democrats were tweeting dramatic tweets accusing the president of all sorts of things?

Of course, that was then, this is now. And while the security threats of unvetted immigration remain the same, the politics of the left have changed and changed dramatically.

They now believe it's politically expedient to push for open borders, unfettered immigration, sanctuary cities and the end of ICE.

And that's what Democratic presidential hopeful California Sen. Kamala Harris actually mentioned, that there's a perception out there, isn't there, with ICE and the KKK.

Now, the left is trying to score political points over what is now an actual, real crisis.  Our border patrol agents deserve our protection. The rule of law needs to be adhered to.  They don't seem to care about the 500 criminals that Mexico and the U.S. have identified as having infiltrated the caravan. They don't care about the extreme security risks associated with illegal immigration. They sure don't care that each illegal immigrant, according to one study, that successfully enters the country costs you, the American taxpayer, around $70,000 per year.

And sadly, the left only cares about winning, no matter the cost, no matter the damage, no matter the risk.  No, the border patrol, they are not getting rocks hurled at them, or bottles hurled at them. It’s clearly political.  Sadly this is just the beginning.

Let me make a prediction.  Over the next two years, the left's sole focus will be on destroying Trump. For years, I have warned you that there are five forces out to destroy this president.  We have had two years of nonstop attempts at delegitimizing a duly elected president.

The Democrats, one, the mainstream media, two, the deep state, three, weak Republicans four, and the never-Trumpers, they want to be proven right.

So, mark my words.  As we now head into January, the hate-Trump House of Representatives, when they take power, those five forces will align and spew anti-Trump vitriol every second, every minute, every hour, every day.

But the good news for us is this: they will overreach.  They will really extend what they think is a mandate that is not.  What they won't do, sadly, is anything that will help the people of this country.  You, the people. We, the people.
